Therapy Services
I offer therapy services for individuals and couples, including individual therapy for challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, identity issues and life transitions; couples therapy to improve communication and strengthen relationships; and walk & talk therapy for those who prefer a nature-based, outdoor approach.
Therapy Supervision
I provide reflective, integrative supervision for both trainee and qualified therapists, drawing on over 19 years of clinical experience. My approach supports practitioners working within Humanistic modalities, offering space to explore client work, develop confidence and deepen professional practice.
